As humans, the pursuit of change and progress is something that is innate to every one of us. Like it or not, there will always be things in life that we hope could be a little different, a little better in the way that daily situations & events turn out. It could be in the way we think, speak, or the way we handle everything from our finances to our relationships with others. We seek to become better -- and we should. As we strive to continuously exceed our potential, we rise above all previous versions of ourselves and grow stronger. If you or I want to stay in front of the curve and lead others, then we must do the work that keeps us out front. We must continually improve. But as I seek to improve, there is one thing I know not to chase, and that is perfection. Perfection is a trap. Do not chase perfection as a leader - chase improvement. Make today better than yesterday so tomorrow can be better than today. The relentless pursuit of improvement will take any leader far.

You can directly reduce the envy itself, or you can at least reduce the bad choices you make as a result of envy. Here are seven strategies I use to cut envy out of my own life.

Weng Chee, Supply Chain

Michelle is a very smart and energetic lady who is very proficient in terms of investments, savings and insurance. She is very amicable and is very flexible to accommodate meetings to client’s needs. She did a great job at explaining complicated concepts in simple and relatable terms. In addition to being skilled in what she is doing, she is also really friendly and approachable too - it wasn't awkward talking to her at all ! I would highly recommend you to approach Michelle if you need any financial advice and guidance :)

Emilly, Project Analyst

For those who are new to financial planning, I would definitely suggest choosing Michelle to be your Financial Consultant. I decided to jumpstart my financial journey and put my trust in her, and it was one of the best decisions of my life ! I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and genuinely caring financial consultant.

Siti, Librarian

Every session with her was always a great insight and I have benefitted greatly from her advice and guidance. Her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication set her apart from the other consultants that I came across ! I confidently recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a trusted partner that has your best interest on their financial journey.

Maylinda, Banker

Michelle is a very sincere and honest financial adviser that will not push or hard sell her clients. I used to dislike insurance agents until I met her because in my perspective, insurance agents only care about sales targets and commissions. Even though I did not take up any plans after meeting her (as I wasn't ready), she was still very helpful and always ready to listen and address any issues or problems I encounter. She will provide me her most genuine advices, constantly reminding me not to overbuy as she understand my life and current financial situation. She is the only financial adviser who is able to convince me, a non-believer in financial planning, to someone who is now very enthusiastic in planning for myself and my kids. You will not regret meeting her and she will definitely value add you, just like how she did for me !

Su Lan, Real Estate

From the first meeting, Michelle impressed me with their thoroughness and genuine care for my financial well-being. She was able to identify gaps in my planning and offered practical solutions that have made a real difference. I’m grateful for her expertise and highly recommend their services.

Grace, Procurement

Michelle is a very honest and truthful personnel. When she first joined this industry, she was aware that I already have a number of policies with Prudential, and in her opinion, it was decent enough based on my situation back then. She is not like some other financial advisors, who will go around asking colleagues, friends, relatives or family members to "support". She is also very hardworking as I have seen it personally, she works her way up to where she is right now - extensive clientele base. Because Michelle has provided me with her utmost honesty, I decided to have her, and only her, to handle all my plans on a going forward basis. She is definitely a gem to work with :)
