In life, there are days and moments where everything we do does not feel enough, or face situations that are beyond our control. A common response to such instances is to doubt ourselves and our abilities, and that is a very normal and human thing to do. But the effect of self-doubt can cut both ways: It can either spur us to achieve our goals and thereby boost our confidence levels, or cause us to feel entirely powerless and paralysed. Take small steps, follow and when doubt starts to creep in, remind yourself that money is only a tool and you are learning.

Michelle was never a pushy agent. When she first approached me, I was not ready to commit into any financial plans. However she was never hesitant to clarify any doubts that I have. She is very responsive whenever I need any of her advices and is patience with me despite asking her tons of questions. She was also not afraid to share some personal information about herself, and it was heartening to know that we have went through similar experiences regarding our finances, and she will be able to provide honest advice regarding our choices and whether it is suitable. She takes pride in what she does and will only recommend and curate solutions that is of my best interest. I feel at ease having her embarking my financial journey together with me :)

Grace, Procurement

Michelle is a very honest and truthful personnel. When she first joined this industry, she was aware that I already have a number of policies with Prudential, and in her opinion, it was decent enough based on my situation back then. She is not like some other financial advisors, who will go around asking colleagues, friends, relatives or family members to "support". She is also very hardworking as I have seen it personally, she works her way up to where she is right now - extensive clientele base. Because Michelle has provided me with her utmost honesty, I decided to have her, and only her, to handle all my plans on a going forward basis. She is definitely a gem to work with :)
