In life, there are days and moments where everything we do does not feel enough, or face situations that are beyond our control. A common response to such instances is to doubt ourselves and our abilities, and that is a very normal and human thing to do. The first impression I have on Michelle is that she is very friendly, patience, confidence & knows her products very well. The reasons I took up plans with her even though I have other advisors is because I feel very comfortable with her. Most importantly, she is full of patience in explaining and understanding what my needs, wants and requirements. We need more financial consultants like her in this industry. So thumb up for the good work & services !

It was a pleasure working with Michelle, one of the most genuine and truthful financial consultants I have ever met. She has been extremely patient in explaining the different policies from Prudential and is not pushy, always putting her clients first instead of profits. A plus point is that she does not brings down other insurers' products or solutions. In fact, she goes through them with me whenever I asked. Her unbiased opinions is what made me decided to go for her solutions instead. Thank you for being truthful, I really appreciate it Michelle.

Sabrina, Relationship Manager

Michelle was never a pushy agent. When she first approached me, I was not ready to commit into any financial plans. However she was never hesitant to clarify any doubts that I have. She is very responsive whenever I need any of her advices and is patience with me despite asking her tons of questions. She was also not afraid to share some personal information about herself, and it was heartening to know that we have went through similar experiences regarding our finances, and she will be able to provide honest advice regarding our choices and whether it is suitable. She takes pride in what she does and will only recommend and curate solutions that is of my best interest. I feel at ease having her embarking my financial journey together with me :)

Michelle came across as very sincere and genuine. It didn't feel like she has hidden intentions or aggressive in any ways during our first meeting. Subsequently, we developed a friendship that is very close to sisterhood, which is one of the qualities I would like to highlight. This made me very comfortable with her and nothing feels forced. She explained everything vividly and thoroughly and will not bore you with overloading information. I'm thankful to have met her and making her my trusted advisor !
